This group will eat at local restaurants, visit local farms, try out locally produced foods from the many startup food businesses in the area and visit shops selling food grown or produced in Colorado. The emphasis is on Colorado Springs and the vicinity, but never rule out a trip to an excellent restaurant a little further away!
